The Soul Retreat
A Sacred Pause on the Land
I offer a simple, nourishing retreat experience in our private guest suite-tucked away on our small farm in a peaceful valley that lies between two mountain ranges in East Tennessee.
This is a place to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
It's also a space where you'll be safe, seen and gently held-not just by the land but also by me.
As someone who has walked the long road of trauma healing and spiritual reconnection, I've designed this retreat to be a sanctuary for sensitive, soul-weary women who need a soft place to land. Whether you're in a season of transition, grief, awakening, or simply need time away from noise and pressure-this space welcomes you as you are.
You'll have your own entrance to the 2nd level of our home, with a private suite that includes a full bathroom, cozy sitting area, and access to a quiet meditation room and workout/dance/yoga space. The atmosphere is unhurried and sacred. You'll have as much one-on-one time with me as you desire-through optional spiritual coaching sessions, walking and sharing sessions, or quiet presence when needed.
You are also free to enjoy plenty of solitude.

Rest. Journal. Simply be.

And most of all- be in a space where you are witnessed, seen, mirrored, validated-maybe for the first time.

This is not about fixing yourself.
It's about remembering who you were before the masks, before the roles, before the world told you who to be.

Here, you don't have to explain your sensitivity.
You don't have to hold it all together.
You don't have to pretend you're not tired of trying so hard.

This space was created by someone who knows what it's like to carry the heavy burden of being someone you're not...and what it feels like to finally lay it down.

Here, you can breath.
You can soften.
You can return to the truth:

You are loved. You are more than enough.
And you are not alone.
